Impact Fund Gets Executive Director

Deputy Director Jocelyn D. Larkin will take the top post at the Berkeley public interest law firm. Former executive director Brad Seligman will focus on a massive discrimination case against Wal-Mart.

The Impact Fund, the Berkeley public interest law group that is lead plaintiffs' counsel in the massive Dukes v. Wal-Mart class action, is shuffling its top staff.

The firm announced Wednesday that founder Brad Seligman will relinquish his executive director title and become senior counsel.
