Scanners Proposed for Skid Row

Los Angeles City Attorney Carmen Trutanich is proposing a plan to use license plate scanners to help enforce a gang-injunction he wants to impose in the downtown Skid Row area.

LOS ANGELES - City Attorney Carmen Trutanich is proposing a plan to use license plate scanners to help enforce a drug and gang-injunction he wants to impose in the downtown Skid Row area.
