Port Truckers Allege Labor Violations

A Pasadena law firm filed a class action Wednesday against two trucking companies, claiming hundreds of truck drivers at the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach were denied wages and meal and rest breaks.

LOS ANGELES - In the latest in a string of lawsuits asserting labor violations at Southern California ports, a Pasadena law firm filed a class action Wednesday against two trucking companies, claiming hundreds of truck drivers at the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach were denied wages and meal and rest breaks dating back at least four years.
