Plaintiffs In Prop. 8 Jump On Ruling In Hastings Case

Walker prepares to issue his opinion on the constitutionality of California's voter-approved same-sex marriage ban, the plaintiffs challenging the ban have offered up one more nugget for his consideration: a single line from a 32-page U.S. Supreme Court ruling Monday on a case involving UC Hastings College of the Law.
