Winston poaches Bingham partner

Winston & Strawn LLP has grabbed structured finance specialist Daniel Passage from Bingham McCutchen LLP, Winston confirmed Tuesday.

Winston & Strawn LLP has grabbed structured finance specialist Daniel Passage from Bingham McCutchen LLP, Winston confirmed Tuesday.

Passage, who focuses on advising issuers, underwriters and financial institutions on complex financial transactions, joined Winston's Los Angeles office as a partner on Monday. He moved to Bingham in 2011 from O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where he was head of the firm's securitization practice.
