Adas represented private equity firm Genstar Capital Mangement LLC in its purchase of precision manufacturing company Tecomet Inc. in December.


For Silver Lake Partners, another private equity client, Adas provided counsel in its acquisition of cloud-based hosting services company Velocity Technology Solutions Inc.


The terms of both deals were undisclosed, and both were leveraged buyouts, something that Adas specializes in.
