Sullivan, Fenwick counsel on $527M Zynga acquisition

The San Francisco-based video game developer announced the purchase of NaturalMotion, a mobile game maker based in Oxford, England as the company looks to quickly adapt to new, mobile markets.

Struggling San Francisco-based video game developer Zynga Inc. tapped Sullivan & Cromwell LLP to oversee its biggest acquisition yet - its buy of English mobile game maker NaturalMotion Ltd. for $527 million.


Los Angeles partner Alison S. Ressler and Palo Alto partner Sarah P. Payne headed up the firm's corporate work on the deal, but neither could be reached for comment.
