Struggling San Francisco-based video game developer Zynga Inc. tapped Sullivan & Cromwell LLP to oversee its biggest acquisition yet - its buy of English mobile game maker NaturalMotion Ltd. for $527 million.
Los Angeles partner Alison S. Ressler and Palo Alto partner Sarah P. Payne headed up the firm's corporate work on the deal, but neither could be reached for comment.
