Weil Gotshal advises Lenovo in $2.9 billion acquisition of Google's Motorola Mobility

Deal is the latest in a string of U.S. buys for the Chinese personal-computer manufacturer.

Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP advised Chinese technology giant Lenovo Group Ltd. in its $2.91 billion acquisition of Google Inc.'s Motorola Mobility handset division in a deal announced late Wednesday.
