Birotte appointed to AG advisory group

Eight U.S. attorneys were appointed to an advisory committee designed to give U.S. attorneys a voice in the Justice Department's policy, management and operational issues.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder appointed U.S. Attorney Andre Birotte Jr. of the Central District to serve a two-year term on the attorney general's advisory committee, the Department of Justice announced Tuesday.
