Gov. Jerry Brown elevated three commissioners to superior court judgeships Tuesday.


Keri G. Katz, Ferdinand P. "Dino" Inumerable and Elizabeth M. Hill were appointed to the bench in San Diego, Ventura and San Mateo counties, respectively.
