LAUSD superintendent takes the stand for second day in education suit

LOS ANGELES - In the second day of trial in a potentially landmark education suit Tuesday, Los Angeles Unified School District's superintendent tried to convey to a judge why employment laws under scrutiny in the case rob students of the right to a quality education.
