Simpson Thacher advises on $2.4B private equity deal

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP helped private equity firms Hellman & Friedman LLC and Stone Point Capital LLC sell a majority stake in portfolio company Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc. to KKR & Co. LP for $2.4 billion, a deal announced Monday.
