Mann Foundation wins $131.2 million patent verdict

A Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP legal team represented the Valencia-based foundation in its patent case against Australian company Cochlear Ltd.

After seven years of litigation in Los Angeles, a Valencia-based nonprofit medical research organization won $131.2 million in patent infringement damages against Australian company Cochlear Ltd. with the help of a Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP legal team.
