Discovery war heats up in sugar and corn syrup manufacturer lawsuit

In a discovery dispute between the parties Thursday, U.S. Magistrate Judge Margaret A. Nagle ordered the corn syrup industry's counsel to limit its confidentiality requests.

LOS ANGELES - Corn syrup manufacturers will no longer be permitted to label vast numbers of documents for attorney's eyes only amid sour litigation with the cane sugar industry.
