Judge revives malpractice suit against Proskauer Rose

A trial court judge agreed to receive further briefing in regards to a $20 million malpractice suit against Proskauer Rose LLP after verbally granting a motion for summary judgment.

A Los Angeles judge said he will reconsider his earlier dismissal of a $20 million malpractice claim against Proskauer Rose LLP over allegedly faulty tax shelter advice, asking attorneys this week to provide further briefing.
