Gov. Jerry Brown chided judges at his State of the State address Wednesday when he spoke about the state's pension obligations.
"Our long-term liabilities are enormous, and they're ever-growing," Brown said. "Well over $100 billion for pensions [is] owed to our state workers, teachers and judges. ... By the way, judges, it's $3 billion. Just so you understand, you're part of the problem, too."
