Quartet of firms brought in on Verizon deal with Intel

Verizon announced plans on Tuesday to purchase assets of Intel Corp.'s streaming video service, OnCue. Weil advised Verizon on the deal. Intel received counsel from Gibson Dunn, Perkins Coie and MoFo.

In a deal expected to give Verizon Communications Inc. an expanded foothold in the realm of online video content delivery, the New York-based telecommunications giant Tuesday announced plans to acquire some of Intel Corp.'s Intel Media division assets for an undisclosed sum.
