Lawyer confronts rocker with controversial tweet

Rocker Courtney Love was back in a Los Angeles courtroom Thursday to defend herself in a unique trial over charges of defamation via social networking site Twitter filed by her former attorney, Rhonda J. Holmes.

LOS ANGELES - Counsel for rocker Courtney Love's former attorney Rhonda J. Holmes sought to prove to a downtown jury Thursday that Love acted maliciously when she tweeted "i was fucking devestated [sic] when Rhonda J. Holmes esq. of san diego was bought off" in 2010.
