Appellate specialist Jerome B. Falk Jr. has rejoined his old firm just one year after he departed to become a full-time neutral.


Falk, an eminent appellate lawyer in California, unexpectedly returned to Arnold & Porter LLP in January after a year's experiment working at JAMS. He attributed his change of heart to a realization that he missed appellate work.
