Rocker Courtney Love heads to court in Twitter defamation trial

Rock star Courtney Love, was in court Tuesday morning as jury selection began for a unique trial involving defamation via Twitter. Love is being sued by her former attorney, Rhonda J. Holmes of Gordon & Holmes.

Rocker Courtney Love was in court Tuesday morning as jury selection began for a rare defamation trial involving social media site Twitter.


Love is being sued by her former attorney Rhonda J. Holmes of San Diego-based litigation boutique Gordon and Holmes, who handled a fraud case against the estate managers of Kurt Cobain, Love's late husband and frontman for the rock band Nirvana.
