TCW Group names associate GC

Los Angeles-based investment giant The TCW Group Inc. has named a new associate general counsel and senior vice president. Kevin L. Finch, whose first day was Monday, joins from Freeman, Freeman & Smiley LLP, where he was a partner in the firm's corporate practice group. He previously spent nearly 20 years at Irell & Manella LLP, most recently as a member of the corporate securities practice within the firm's transactional group.<...
