Toyota to begin settlement talks in unintended acceleration personal injury cases

The first round of talks is set to begin next month, with state and federal bellwether cases receiving priority.

SANTA ANA - Toyota attorneys told a state and federal judge Tuesday that they are ready to begin a court-ordered intensive settlement process in the hopes of resolving hundreds of pending unintended acceleration claims in California state and federal court.
