State seeks dismissal of high-speed rail complaints

The state attorney general's office filed a motion urging Judge Michael Kenny to toss the remaining complaints filed by opponents to the project.

The state attorney general's office on Friday filed a motion in Sacramento County Superior Court urging Judge Michael Kenny to toss the remaining complaints filed by opponents to the California High Speed Rail Authority.
