Jenner & Block sponsors foster teenager assistance organization

Jenner & Block attorneys and staff donated gifts this holiday season to foster teenagers enrolled in Walden Family Services' Independent Futures Program, which provides various forms of assistance to teenagers in their transition from foster care to independent living. Los Angeles Jenner associates Christina Avedissian, Kathleen Covarrubias, Samuel D. Green, Nayiri Keosseian, Nary Kim and Zain Shirazi handed out "a staggering mountain" of gifts — which included books, gift cards, hand-knitted scarves, sneakers and sports equipment — at a Jenner-hosted pizza party at Walden Family Services, according to a firm spokesman. — Andrew McIntyre
