Guilty Verdict In Child Sex Case Against Patent Lawyer

SAN JOSE - A federal jury Thursday convicted Michael Rostoker, a patent lawyer and former business executive, of illegally traveling to Vietnam to have sex with a 13-year-old girl and sending messages over the Internet to persuade her to engage in lewd and lascivious acts.
