Tutor-Saliba Heads Down Wrong Track Construction joint venture Tutor-Saliba-Perini , which was hired by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority to build Los Angeles' Metro Red Line subway, was ordered on March 25 by a Superior Court judge to pay $21.7 million in attorney fees and costs that MTA incurred as a result of a lawsuit filed by Tutor-Saliba.
