Power Outage Casts Shadow on Court, Jail
SANTA ANA - A power outage Wednesday shut down the Superior Court and Orange County jail in Santa Ana, leaving about 2,500 staff members without computers, lights or water pressure.
The courthouse and jail planned to use a county generator on loan until power could be restored. The courthouse will open for business today at 7:30 a.m.
