RIVERSIDE - A San Diego woman has sued Lake Elsinore crematory owner Michael Francis Brown, contending Brown severed her brother's head and stashed it in a jar at his business instead of cremating the man's body.
In a lawsuit filed earlier this month, Nancy Radovich alleges that Brown illegally removed parts from the body of her brother, William Echols, who died last year.
