Going for Broke

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware is ailing, and Chapter 11 reorganization petition filings are shifting to New York's Southern District. As long as those courts continue to draw large bankruptcy filings, however, lawyers in California's Central District will be fighting an uphill battle to attract big business.
