SAN FRANCISCO - The 1st District Court of Appeal gave a thumbs-up Tuesday to on-air trash talk radio, ruling that talk show hosts can't be sued for calling someone a "big skank," a "local loser" and a "chicken butt" for refusing to participate in their morning program.
