CHIRON SOLVES ITS MATRIX WITH $61 MILLION PURCHASE
Chiron Corp. acquired Matrix Pharmaceutical Inc. through its subsidiary, Manon Acquisition Corp. The cash deal is worth $61 million and was announced March 29.
