Gov. Gray Davis appointed Frank Kaplan, partner at Alschuler Grossman Stein & Kahan in Los Angeles, to the California Law Revision Commission in late February. He will serve until October 2005.
The commission reviews existing laws to determine whether the laws need revision and then makes recommendations to the state Legislature.
