Bias Suit Challenges Denial of Credit Card to Foreign Woman
LOS ANGELES - The ACLU Tuesday filed a discrimination suit in Los Angeles federal court against Union Bank of California and First National Bank of Omaha for denying a credit card to an Orange County woman because she is not a U.S. citizen.
