9th Circuit affirms Perfect 10 ruling

Perfect 10 Inc., a publication that creates and distributes photographs of nude models, was denied a preliminary injunction against Google Inc. in a copyright infringement suit.

Perfect 10 argues that Google's image search function, which creates thumbnail versions of images, constitutes infringement and that its revenues had declined as a result.
