Morgan Lewis wins $115 million patent verdict for San Jose company

A Virginia jury awarded $115 million in damages to San Jose-based ActiveVideo Networks Inc. on Tuesday in a case against Verizon Corp.

A Virginia jury awarded $115 million in damages to San Jose-based ActiveVideo Networks Inc. on Tuesday after concluding that Verizon Corp. infringed four of its patents on interactive television services, including video on demand.
