Orange County DA sues GM over delayed auto recalls

Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas announced a lawsuit Monday accusing GM of deceiving consumers and unfair business practices related to the delayed recall of cars with faulty ignition switches.

As General Motors continues to announce new recalls going as far back as 1997, fresh legal woes for the auto giant pile up across the nation.
