State Bar will audit more lawyers for MCLE, especially those with past problems
The State Bar will audit the MCLE compliance of 5,500 lawyers whose last names begin with the letters N-Z. About 40 percent of the targets will be lawyers who've had previous MCLE issues or tend to file late.
