CA Chief Justice explains letter to Sessions

The Chief Justice of California's Supreme Court appealed to California attorneys to take greater action on behalf of people who entered the U.S. without legal permission and other vulnerable communities during an award ceremony on Friday night held by the Arab American Lawyers Association of Southern California.
