Walgreens settles Medi-Cal lawsuits by U.S., California for $9.8 million

With no admission of liability, Walgreen Co. is ending U.S. and California lawsuits over allegations the pharmacy giant failed to adhere to laws for dispensing certain medications under the Medi-Cal program, according to U.S. and state attorneys general.

Walgreens agreed to pay ith an almost $10 million settlement, Walgreen Co. is ending U.S. and California lawsuits over allegations the pharmacy giant failed to adhere to laws for dispensing certain medications under the Medi-Cal program, according to U.S. and state attorneys general.
