Justices Will Mull Damages For Physician

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to consider whether a Mexican doctor who was illegally abducted from Mexico to Texas in 1990 on orders of U.S. drug agents may sue the U.S. government and a former Mexican policeman for damages.
