DAILY DEALS: A transaction from Ventura County

THOUSAND OAKS - The law firm Weston, Benshoof, Rochefort, Rubalcava & MacCuish represented the landlord, Arbur-Thousand Oaks Investors, in an office lease at the Arbors at Thousand Oaks. Aetna Life Insurance Co. leased 35,000 square feet for seven years for $5.7 million.
