COLTON - Washington Plaza Partners sold Washington Office Plaza for $7.9 million to Drawbridge Properties LLC , which completed a 1031 exchange. Michael Lawrence of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. John Smelter of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer. The property is located at 850 and 900 E. Washington St.
