DJ: What was the biggest challenge you faced last year?
Giacomini: There were two, neither of which related to the economy. The first was leading a major shift in brand positioning. The second was leading the effective negotiation and implementation of two mergers with other firms [McQuaid Bedford & Van Zandt and Hunter Richey & Eisenbeis] which we had never done before.
