Ron Olson Justice Center breaks ground

The cloudy atmosphere didn't dampen the energy of the legal and business community gathering in the parking lot of the Lighthouse Mission Church Tuesday morning in Westlake/South Pico-Union to break ground behind them where the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles' new $17.6 million headquarters will stand in another year.
