In a year that low inventory remained a concerning trend, home price appreciation slowed in 2015, according to the year-end statistics from the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors.
Prices of previously owned homes sold in San Diego County rose by 6 percent last year, relaxing from the 9 percent the year before, and the 20 percent appreciation of 2013.
