Best Western in La Mesa sold for $12.4M

The seller was Sikand La Mesa Hotel LLC, which had acquired the property – previously a Holiday Inn Express – in February 2005 for $1.6 million.

Anaheim-based Fortune Hospitality LLC has purchased the 78-room Best Western Plus La Mesa for $12.4 million.

The 39,057-square-foot hotel is at 9550 Murray Drive, La Mesa 91942. The three-story building sits on 0.81 acres and was built in 1986, according to the CoStar Group.

The buyer's California limited liability company is registered to Ravinder Marwaha. The sale was recorded Dec. 22.
