Hallinan Sought as Witness in Drug Case

SAN FRANCISCO - District Attorney Terence Hallinan's liberal views on drug laws have got him into another awkward situation. The lawyer for a city man who was busted for carrying around about a handful of marijuana has subpoenaed Hallinan to testify as a witness for his defense.

        SAN FRANCISCO - District Attorney Terence Hallinan's liberal views on drug laws have got him into another awkward situation.
        The lawyer for a city man who was busted for carrying around about a handful of marijuana has subpoenaed Hallinan to testify as a witness for his defense.
