Pepper Hamilton: BRISTLECONE SELLS DIVISION, EMERGES WITH NEW NAME

Santa Clara-based Internet supply-chain software and consulting company Bristlecone Inc. is selling its consulting division to German software and consulting services company IDS Scheer AG. The parties did not disclose the terms of the deal.
