Judge Found Ways for Youths to Learn

SANTA ANA - Former Orange Superior Court Judge Floyd H. Schenk has died from complications arising from Alzheimer's disease. He was 82. Gov. George Dukmejian appointed Schenk to the Orange County Municipal Court in 1985, and he was elected presiding judge of the Westminster court in 1988.
