Commission Finishes Misconduct Proceedings Against Judge

LOS ANGELES - Misconduct proceedings wrapped up Thursday against Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Kevin A. Ross, who is accused of violating ethics codes by awarding an exotic dancer $1,000 during a television shooting for a judge-show pilot that was taped in a strip club.
